Advanced Sculpt
An advanced, full-body sculpting class that challenges strength, core stability, and balance. This class improves endurance through precise movements and control, ideal for those looking to deepen their practice. You can expect a quicker tempo and increased challenges with weight and balance. Per studio policy, women in their second or third trimester are not eligible for this class.

Beginner Flow
The perfect introduction to the Reformer. This class focuses on core exercises, and integrates key breath work principles to help you master the basics and maximize your results. This full-body class focuses on the essentials of alignment and technique. Whether you're new to the Pilates world or you haven't been on a reformer in awhile, this class is for you!

Jumpboard Sculpt (coming end of March)
A dynamic class that blends high-energy cardio with full-body sculpting, without the bulk. You'll experience an innovative mix of plyometric jump board exercises and athletic Reformer routines for an effective and fun session. Please note: an Intro to Jumpboard class is required to book.
